How-to Make Corn Tortillas

Making tortillas is easy and cheap– there’s a reason people have been doing it for so long. I always thought that making tortillas would be difficult, or would possibly require some innate skill that I didn’t possess; but that isn’t true.

After hearing coworkers and prep cooks reassure me enough times, (and also getting tortillas assigned in culinary school…) I finally did make them. They are so simple. For someone that eats as many tortillas as I do, this was a skill I should’ve had a long time ago.
